Senior Consultant
Kenneth is an experienced hospital executive, having held positions as CEO and COO for over 29 years with extensive experience in management of hospital operations, accreditation and licensure, major hospital construction oversight, medical office building development, physician relations, physician contracting, and outpatient department development. In addition to an in-depth critical understanding of hospital finance, revenue cycle, hospital turnarounds and mergers, he has ten years of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist that provides complementary clinical background.
Daniel Smith
Founder & Ceo
Dan is founder and President/CEO of ClearPoint Healthcare, Inc. He has over thirty-five vears of direct operations experience in the healthcare industry in a variety of clinical, managerial, administrative, executive and entrepreneurial roles. Dan provides leadership, guidance, and hands-on client consulting to a variety of clients including hospital providers, physicians, and various healthcare groups.
Mike Stuart
Senior consultant
Edmund has extensive senior level experience in healthcare finance and hospital operations. He specializes in start-ups, turnaround situations, restructuring, M & A, and refinancing organizations ranging from $20 million to more than $1 billion in net revenues. He has served as CFO and or COO in both public and private companies both in and out of the Healthcare Industry. He has approximately 20 years of experience in senior management roles within the healthcare industry and more than 25 years of total finance management experience.
